By confirming a booking with Friendztravel.com, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Policy as well as the fare rules and terms set by each airline, hotel or travel service provider collectively referred to as “Travel Service Providers”.

Our Role: Friendztravel.com operates as an independent online travel agency that connects travelers with airlines, hotels and other travel partners. While we assist you throughout the booking and refund process, all cancellation and refund requests are governed by the individual policies of the relevant Travel Service Providers.

Refunds are typically processed within the provider’s standard timeframe and may take up to three billing cycles to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Service Fees: Friendztravel.com may charge a non refundable service fee to process cancellations, amendments or refund requests. This administrative fee covers processing costs and coordination with suppliers and is separate from airline or hotel charges.

Refund Processing Time

Friendztravel.com will notify you once your refund is confirmed by the provider. Please note that we cannot accelerate processing beyond the provider’s internal timeline.

Provider-Initiated Cancellations: If your flight, hotel or other travel service is canceled by the Travel Service Provider, refund or rebooking options will follow that provider’s policy. Friendztravel.com will gladly assist you in initiating and tracking the refund but the provider’s decision will be final.

No-Show Policy: Failure to check in or appear for your booked service flight, hotel or car rental is considered a no-show and results in forfeiture of the total booking amount. No refunds or travel credits will be issued in such cases.
